Is there any better stress management software than emWave PC?

I'm using emWave for years for stress reduction and I really like it. However, I'd like to see whether there is something newer and better? I'd refer software running on Windows XP. Can anybody advise on that please?

Thank

Yes actually there is one. I'm using Stress Sweeper module from Heart Wizard which you can find on http://www.healthreviser.com/content/stress-sweeper
And it is indeed better then emWave PC. It's more like a game - you're trying to get a higher score and move to the next level while learning how to relieve your stress.

Why it is better?
1. My personal feeling. I've been used emWave PC for about a year before I found Heart Wizard's Stress Sweeper. 5 minute session in Stress Sweeper helped me more than 20 minute emWave session. Once I found that, I compared these tools for 4-5 more times and I finally stopped using emWave in favor of Heart Wizard's Stress Sweeper.
2. Results validation. I used Stress Monitor before and after session in Heart Wizard's Stress Sweeper and in emWave PC (Stress Monitor was running on another computer to avoid mistakes). 5 minute of Stress Sweeper took 2-3 levels of my stress while 20 minutes in emWave took just 1 level off. I compared that in 5 times in 5 different days.

In addition Heart Wizard is cheaper and includes 4 extra modules.

Hypnosis For Insomnia

hypnosis for insomnia
Why do I feel tired until I go to bed?

Sometimes I feel like I can barely open my eyes, but when I go to bed I can't sleep and end up feeling wide awake again.

Beyond daydreaming when waiting for sleep, I very rarely do anything else in my bed aside from waiting for sleep.

I have heard to "never go to bed unless you know you'll fall asleep within 15-30 minutes", but even when exhausted, it takes me at least an hour to sleep (unless I've just woken up).

I know about insomnia cures, but the thought of pressuring myself to sleep like that only makes me more awake, though it might make me sleepy before I go to bed.

I've tried self hypnosis, which has almost always got me to fall asleep, but even when I affirm to have a "full night's sleep", I only fall asleep for 10-90 minutes at most and then wake up feeling wide awake.

first stop worrying about it!
If you can't sleep GET UP.
Iron or watch TV,read.
That was the advice my doctor gave me.
Never lay in bed if you can't sleep.
If you haven't tried it yet some herbals
really work well passion flower and valerian.
But if you take other meds make sure it's okay.
They really can work.
