6. Coming Back To Consciousness
After you've repeated the phrases a few times, you should begin imaging yourself walking back up that virtual staircase. Go slowly again. Remember to visualize the area as clearly as possible. You want it to be real to your mind. Once you get to the top stair you can come out of the state. Give yourself a few moments before you get up and open your eyes.
