How to eliminate stress from our life?
Take a walk in the country side. Alone. On a nice day. Somewhere no one else goes. Breathe in the air. Clear your mind. Every time a negative thought or voices in your head begin to chatter, simply say..CANCEL, CANCEL. Keep on walking... noticeing the beauty around you. Do this for at least one half hour per day.
