There are many forms of meditation and relaxation. The form you choose. Why?

There's a book on Mindfulness Meditation called:
'Beginning Mindfulness:Learning the Way Awareness' (a ten wk course) By: Andrew Weiss which teaches meditation.

There's also a 'Meditation Manuel' by Henepola Gunaratana called: 'Mindfulness in Plain English' which is below:

Practice Mindfulness Meditation twice a day - when arising and in the evening. Practice Loving-kindness Meditation prior to the daily practice of Mindfulness Meditation.
