Oils Lavender
Lavender oil is to make people assume that a cough?

I use 100% pure lavender oil in a diffuser of ultrasound to purify the air and apparently is one of the best oils to kill bacteria. But every time you turn on the diffuser, lavender starts to make my sore throat and collects the bad cough. And not just me - my BF also cough when the diffuser is switched on. Which is odd because lavender is also supposed to help relieve cough, not the cause. What could wrong?

It appears that you have developed an intolerance lavender oil, is generally safe to use oils and say that is 100% pure, make sure that is botanical name of the bottle to make sure they havent been sold fragrance oil. There are many other anti-bacterial oils that can put in deffuser, lemon essential oil is very nice which is not very expensive, antibactierial properties, it also helps lift the spirits and overcome mental fatigue, helps clear the mind, and helps in making decisions, without over-stimulation of the mind, is supposed to be a good oil to have all the office work, and I would think it would also be good at home to help to blow off steam after work. Its also said immune stimulant properties and is good to treat the symptoms of colds, flu, bronchitis and asthma. I havent convinced that then maybe you could find a book on aromatherapy to help choose the best oils for your home. Hope this helps!
