does anyone know some good relaxation tips for severe anxiety?

My mother refuses to believe that there is something wrong with my nerves, so I cannot go to the doctor for help. I have a big tournament tomorrow and I know its common to feel nervous, but this is crippling. I'm desperate for help, I'm constantly nauseated, I'm throwing up and I can't eat, I've got the chills and yet am sweating. This has been going on for the past two days. I cannot get myself together.
I've tried many deep breathing exercises but nothing seems to work for longer than fifteen seconds.
If I cannot stop panicking, I know I won't do well.
Help!

Hope you have a CD player-or a sterio with headsets. Listen to the most relaxing music that you like , I like the Rain, Listening to the Dolphins, Thunderstorms, Sounds that Whales make Just nature and I relax so good its not funny..Please just try- Its worth it.
