how do i stop stress or anger?

I'm 13 and i just get really pissed for anything and that leads to stuff i will not mention but is there anyway for like when i get angry or stressed to relieve it?

Yes! When you get angry, first go for a run or a walk. Do it fast before you have time to talk or act, and walk or run until you are tired. This will do 2 things: divert your mind from the situation, and release endorphins into your blood. Endorphins are a mood elevator and actually make you feel good.

Later, write down why you thought you were angry and what the running did for you. Then that night, congratulate yourself out loud for anything good you did that day. Do not think of anything bad you did, just say" Congratulations! You did good today when you_______!"

Keep this up and you will be amazed at how it helps.
