I need a 10-15 minutes activity for a presentatation on a chapter called "Life is Managed not Cured" plz help.?
In school, my home room class is reading a book called "Life Strategies, For Teens" and there is a chapter called "Life is Managed Not Cured" The whole chapter is about goal setting, willpower, and stress management. What would be a good 10-15 minute activity for a presentation that I need to give? The presentation needs to be done in one class period as well. I've been racking my brain for a week now and still can't think of anything to do. Please Help
Have them write down their goals, what daily activity could be done to achieve those goals, and what activity boils their stress away. Then have them make a daily after school schedule that incorporates all of those things.
Ex. I want to play guitar and get ripped. Guitar lessons 3-4. Workout 4-5. Dinner 5-6. listen to waterfalls sitting indian style 6-8.
