i need to choose a class for a requirement in my general education.. I was thinking of Stress Management, but i dont really know what to expect. anyone want to give some input, por favor?
im taking 13 units in my first sem.. Stress Management would be another 3, that also bothers me a little...
Those courses are usually designed to help freshmen adjust to college life/study. Many college classes have stress periods where one test will be worth like 60% of your grade and many freshman don't know how to properlly study for that kind of grading system. There should be an explanation of the course on your school's website or in the course guide if you want more info. 16 credits is not soo much; its pretty average for full time students.
