Some stress management tips?
I know everybody keeps telling me, I'm only young, I am, I'm 18 but I tend to over think everything and when I have days off work I still get stressed out about different things, my mind spins actually and I start to feel sick and dizzy, is this bad because lately they have been encompassed with a lot of very very painful headaches.
So any suggestions here would be helpful, thanks.
I found great relief in strenuous exercise. My favorite was cycling. After work I would change, put my clothes in my backpack, get my road bike and literally sprint to the top of a nearby canyon road. It didn't hurt my fitness or cardio levels either.
Now I meditate some (I'm WAY older than you and don't have nearly the stresses that await you), self hypnosis, and I'm about to start Tai Chi. Like I said, I'm old.
