Finals coming up--very stressed out! Any tips on reducing my anxiety?

I have 3 final exams coming up one right after the other and even though I'm studying and studying I still feel VERY stressed out and anxious, any ideas on how to get rid of this?

Relax. Just think that next week at this time, everything will be over. I too have three final exams next week, in fact it my last semester in college, so if I don't pass now, I don't graduate! But you need to take everything in stride.

Try to study as much as possible, but not at the expense of your health. Make yourself get enough rest. Setting a "bed time" will actually calm your nerves and help your body relax. Try taking at least one hour a day to lay down, or just sit and relax. Stop thinking about your classes for that one hour and instead listen to music, watch television, or something else equally as mundane. As the semester draws to a close, there is not much else you can do, so there is no need to stress out about it.
