Can someone give me a long list of common stress symptoms?
It's for a science fair project since i'm trying to learn more about stress. easy 10 points and i'm not cheating or anything okay. i just wanna know a couple common signs that someone is stressed out so i can put it on the survey i'm making and ask them if they feel the same way too.
1. Lack of appetite/ increased appetite.
2. Tension headaches.
3. Crying Spells
4. Depression or anxiety
5. Exhaustion
6. Mood Swings
7. Short Attention span
8. avoiding social gatherings
9. feeling paralyzed due to the overwhelm
10. physical symptoms: ulcers, skin irritations/rashes, nausea, headaches, racing heart, heartburn
