Guided Meditation CD
What are some good guided meditation and creative visualization cd's out there?
I've already got the title Meditation Made Simple, which goes into different healing light visualizations and breathing exercises. I also have Lifescapes Guided Meditation, which is more of what I'm looking for right now. They have actual scenarios that they go through while you visualize them (one where it takes you through a rainforest, another where you lay out in the moonlight, and even one where you float in the ocean).
Does anyone know of any other similar types of CD's out there?

Pure Aromatherapy
Where can I get nice essential oil / aromatherapy gift sets?
pure essential oils with everything you need to go with it included? The only thing I've found do not come in kits, and if they do not giftable. Does anyone know of a good website that could order from?

Does lavender oil go bad?
if I've had 100 percent pure lavender oil for a very long time (since 98 maybe haha) is it good use? for purposes of healing of skin
Oils can go rancid. What are you using for what? If it's for a pot of burning oil can still be used, if it smells weird is probabvly wrong.

I just started using emu oil for stretch to say it works best if applied after a shower?
Should not shower before before going to bed at night ask?
