Essential oils for de-stressing: http://www.aworldofaromatherapy.com/essential-oils-stress.htm
This site suggests Chamomile, Lavender or Sandalwood to help relieve stress, along with mthods of use.
Another method not mentioned there is to get a large bowl filled with hot water, add a few drops of the essential oil and lean over the bowl with a towel draped over your head (only for about 5 minutes though).
Good site on yoga and meditation: http://www.wildmind.org/
Provides detailed information on postures, techniques and mantras.
If you haven't tried meditation before, it might take a while before you get the hang of it. Stick with it though, because the effects really are worth it.
Hope that helps.

Sleeping Exercises?
Can someone give me some relaxation or sleeping exercises which are easy to do at home. So i can get to sleep.
becuase i lie awake for hours
Doing a mind/body control class (such as pilates, yoga) which enable you to relax are a great help, once more, you only need to attend the class once a week, and then gain knowledge of how to do stretches, and why so you can perform them in your own home. Also, try purchasing some pure lavender oil (not diluted, pure essential oil) as this type of aromatherapy helps relax the mind and promotes good healthy sleep. Just be careful not to get it in contact with skin.
