Have you done a search for a recipe for quick and easy meal lately? I ask because I noticed something interesting the other day when I did a Google search of a quick and easy recipe for dinner this past weekend.The about the search that amused me was the fact that everything had to look was quick and easy, I should not mention what was quick and easy, I was looking for for. No mention of the dinner, snacks, meals or other hundred ways to cook a chicken does not mention anything about the recipes'> cook food or what ever.
I guess I thought it was funny because he could think in some things I look for that quick and easy none of them involve food. However, when I tried to search only in the fast and easy to the top three search engines that everyone assumed I was looking for quick and easy recipes. Thinking about cooking habits ranging in our house and I have to say that the only time we spent over half an hour in any food usually means that we are preparing a Christmas party. Other wise I suppose they are like everyone else looking for shortcuts to make our meals. This led me to another thought about all these quick and easy meals that perhaps all this shortcut cooking and cutting we all ingredients is part of the reason why many people are fighting against obesity and ill health. Not that the quick and easy recipes are not healthy, but perhaps are missing some key ingredients and nutrients that we use to enter our daily diet, but now they are in short in the interest of saving time and money.
