Self Hypnosis Anxiety

self hypnosis anxiety
I have anxiety. It is sort of a mixture of agoraphobia, claustrophobia, paranoia and social.?

It affects my bladder, especially, when I have the panic attack. I have lost friends and have trouble making and keeping new ones because of it. As a result, my self-esteem is now a big cause and trigger of it. I have not heard of anyone else like me yet. Where can I meet people like me who also have anxiety? I think it would help if I met people so I didn't feel so alone...Btw, has anyone tried hypnosis?

i have anxiety also, so your not alone. i've had attacks so bad that i've actually puked from them. It's never affected my bladder though, but your mind can affect anything.

i've also had the same trouble with people and what i did was force myself into social things and force myself to suffer from anxiety. i had to learn that the anxiety won't kill me and that it's totally irrational to be feel anxious over nothing. It didn't happen overnight or even in a month, but i changed a little and while i still have bad anxiety i can overcome it easier.

If you want to meet other people like you i suggest you look for group therapy sessions that relate to anxiety, i've never tried it but i'm sure talking to people with similar issues might help with your self-esteem. Also, hypnosis can and does work but only on certain people. Hypnosis can only go so far, you have to want to do the work plus it can be expensive.

i know it's hard but you will be alright. Good luck :-)
