As a Trainer of Hypnotherapy, I am aware of the value in finding good hypnosis scripts on the internet. Part of being a diverse therapist, is being able to acknowledge when another persons work is good enough for you to utilise within your own practice. After all, where would Richard Bandler and John Grinder have got to if they'd have not believed in using someone else's skills?

Part of growing is accepting that someone else might have the tools that you need, asking to use them, and then learning how they did it.

To this day, I still use a hypnosis script that I found on the internet as my favourite induction, and some of Milton Erickson's metaphors are invaluable. The challenge is, finding the good scripts that really are worth having. Many times I have paid for scripts from what seem to be reputable hypnotherapy sites, only to discover that the content of the script would have contained more linguistic presuppositions if it had been written by my four year old nephew!

The bottom line is, it all comes down to quality. You can easily find scripts on the internet, but if you want to induce a really deep change evoking trance, then I'd recommend you use these scripts. After all, if you're going to seek the skills of someone else, you should at least ensure that they're good at what they do!

Before you learn self hypnosis to stop smoking leys get a little information about self hypnosis first. Self hypnosis is simply a state of deep relaxation where your subconscious and conscious minds are on the same level leaving your subconscious open to suggestion.

 

You can not get stuck in hypnosis, you will not do things that you would not normally do. Self hypnosis induction simply means something that leads you into a hypnotic state. A self hypnosis script is something that you use that is written out to use for induction.

 

Self hypnosis can be a very useful tool for stop smoking, weight loss, stress relief or other areas of our daily lives. Self hypnosis can be a very powerful tool once its learned. Over time with daily use it becomes much easier to induce hypnosis.

You need to find a place and the time where you will not be disturbed. You need about 30 minutes alone time. You can either lie down or be seated in a comfortable chair. Always make your list of suggestions before you begin.

 

Use short and to the point suggestions such as “I will not crave nicotine’ or ‘I will not eat that extra piece of pie for desert” and always speak your suggestions as if it has already happened as if it has already come true.

 

Once you have become comfortable and are ready to begin start by feeling yourself breath. Feel every breath in and out. No need to worry just experience your breath. Feel yourself on the bed or chair. Breath in out, relax.

 

Imagine yourself inside a bubble and it is safe and very comfortable inside. You can relax very deeply inside your bubble, just breathing and becoming more and more relaxed. When you are inside your bubble you can put things out you don’t want or bring things in that you want there.

 

You can put out stress, fear, and bad habits or bring in good things like self control a feeling of well being or self-esteem. Just breathe, relax and drift deeper. Tell yourself that each time you practice self hypnosis you will be able to go under faster, deeper and easier.

 

When practicing self hypnosis always try to remain awake. If you fall asleep it is not going to damage you but you need to remain awake. Always being yourself out of hypnosis when you have finished.

 

Still thinking of your breathing you can feel yourself becoming aware of the surroundings. Get ready to begin to move and feeling energized and refreshed. Take a deep breath open your eyes and come out relaxed and ready to finish out your day.

 

This has been a very simple self hypnosis script to give you an idea of how you can use it to stop smoking, lose weight or many other benefits. There are many self hypnosis scripts and induction types if this one does not suit you then try another.

These are steps you need to follow in order to get complete Hypnosis treatment/training.

1.    Go to a comfortable place and sit in any comfortable position (its up to you to select comfortable place).
2.    Don’t get disturbed for at least half an hour.
3.    Close your eyes and work to rid your mind of any feelings of fear, stress, or anxiety.
4.    Recognize the tension in your body.
5.    Take slow, deep breaths.
6.    You are now extremely relaxed.
7.    At this point at the bottom of the water you shouldn't really feel anything.
8.    Repeat your statement(s) to yourself as many times as you wish.
9.    Once you are satisfied with what you have done and embraced swim back to the stairs.
10.    Once you have ascended, give yourself a few moments before opening your eyes.
