I believe you know that what is goal setting and how it can help you to achieve the things that you want in your life. In fact, if you are going to ask me what is the best way to achieve something that you want, I will definitely tell you that it is goal setting. The main problem with most people is that they do not know what they need to do in their daily goal setting activities.

For over the years, almost every successful person used goal setting as a leveraging tool in their life to achieve the amazing results in their life. The key to success in achieving your goal is persistence. If you keep on taking massive amount of action, you will get tons of results. That is the real secret to successful goal setting.

Now, I am going to share with you the 3 simple steps that you need to do in your daily goal setting activities…

1. Everyday after you woke up; take 3 action steps that will move you toward your goals. Get the most important action step done first. For example, if jogging can help you to reduce your weight and achieve your goal, then jog every morning after you woke up.

2. Visualize the achievement of your goals every night before you sleep. You need to do this so that you will sink the idea of achieving your goals into your subconscious mind. By the way, by doing so, you will be able to keep the drive within you so that you will be motivated to more action.

3. Affirm yourself by saying “I can do this!” This is what you need to do every morning right after you wake up. Of course, you can use your own words to affirm your goals as long as you can motivate yourself. If you do so, you will feel the energy flow within you every morning, and you are ready to get everything done for the day.

These are the 3 simple steps that you must do in order to achieve your goals. Remember, goal setting activities are something that happen every single day, you need to do them everyday to keep yourself driven all the time.
