Lower Blood Pressure Naturally?

I've already started to exercise regularly (cardio and resistance training), I've started myself on stress management, I'm eating a healthy diet, I'm drinking 80 oz of water a day, and I am working on my weight. My question is what kind of food help lower blood pressure best? Is there anything that I can eat that will "wash out" my system?

Dogrose :) In other words, its a wild rose.

Buy the dry dogrose fruit, put it in a pot or a cup that has a lid, or a thermos. Then pour over hot boiling water and let stand for 2 hours. It tastes kinda like tea. I usually add sugar and lemon in it cuz i don't really like the taste it brings out.

I'm sick, and today my husband made me some of that and i drank it in the morning. It washes out the digestive system. And i had a doctors appoitment today at 10am. (I'm 20 weeks pregnant) I was surprised when my doctor told me i have low blood pressure! Which was wierd cuz i NEVER have low blood pressure. but with high blood pressure, this will be your saviour!!! I knew that it reduces blood pressure, but didn't know it'll have such a fast effect on it!!!

Headaches, migraine - Mix essential oil with carrier oil and rub around the temples. The carrier oil is important because essential oils can be dangerous on bare skin. Remember that you should never use an essential oil in its crude form in the bare skin.

Toothache, Bad Breath - Mix 3-5 drops in a cup of water and use mouthwash. Do this before you apply the toothpaste if you're brushing your teeth.

Motion sickness - Any dilution and placed in a tissue and inhale, or dilute in carrier oil and rub on the temples.

Stress Related Chest Pain

Low blood pressure concerns?

I've always had low blood pressure (think 90/60). It's just always been that way. I am 20 years old and otherwise healthy as well as stress-related pain in the chest. I've never been worried about my BP until a teacher told me that could live longer with high BP with BP that low because your body more easily maintains too much of something than too little. Is this true? I know that Low blood pressure is not good or it would not be called "low". But how low is too low, and I do it unprotected?

Really Concero want to be on the bottom number can be low, but if you feel dizzy or weak, then you need to see someone immediately. However, his blood pressure is quite good heart doctors as BP around 120/72. So it's a good way. Well, hun.
