Meditation DVD
Does anyone know where i can find a way to do Meditation online for free.....??? Please help!!?
I am so stressed out right now and i really think meditation would help me. i don't have money to go and buy a CD or DVD......but if there was a place online where they had meditation i could do for free that would be so helpful.
