To soothe and relax, can I use Lavender or Chamomile oils to inhale or anyother good oil you recommand me.
Anyother form of treatment, like meditation and yoga along with aromatherapy will be more helpful,if so,yr guidence pl.
Essential oils for de-stressing: http://www.aworldofaromatherapy.com/essential-oils-stress.htm
This site suggests Chamomile, Lavender or Sandalwood to help relieve stress, along with mthods of use.
Another method not mentioned there is to get a large bowl filled with hot water, add a few drops of the essential oil and lean over the bowl with a towel draped over your head (only for about 5 minutes though).
Good site on yoga and meditation: http://www.wildmind.org/
Provides detailed information on postures, techniques and mantras.
If you haven't tried meditation before, it might take a while before you get the hang of it. Stick with it though, because the effects really are worth it.
Hope that helps.

Can you give me some Mental Stress relievers?
I don't want drugs, and I don't NEED alcohol.
I HAVE NO stress relievers, like drinking or walking or hitting a pillow/wall, etc.
Life sucks right now and I don't want to fall into any depression
eventhough it would be quite simple to do so at this very moment.
I don't talk to anyone about what's going on, but I NEED A RELIEF!!
What do you do?
No IDIOT answers please...this is serious!!
