Meditation guide / Hypnosis?

Hi,
my question is about an Audio track - meditation guide/ hypnosis.
How do I know if a relaxation audio is a hypnosis thing?
I listened to it last night and felt great relaxation.
I felt great at the time but now I'm a bit freaked out that I may have been hypnotised?
If I was, is it detrimental to me? WHat are the dangers with hypnosis?
How do I know if it was just a meditation?
Is this kind of thing safe?
What is the difference between meditation and hypnosis?
What is the difference between meditation and hypnosis?

No one can be hypnotized against their will, conscious or unconscious. That being said, guided meditation is very similar to hypnosis, with the difference being a command to stop or start a behavior is given by the hypnotist to the patient, such as a trigger sound to stop the urge to smoke. Guided meditation is a person's voice or music designed to lead you on specific thought patterns towards better mental/emotional/spiritual health. It is often compared to guided prayer. There are no dangers with either meditation or hypnosis. Yes, it is safe and beneficial. In my state, hypnosis is regulated by the state, being used only by those with a master's degree in psychology in their practice. It can also be used for "entertainment purposes only", but again, the hypnotist MUST have a Master's degree and be licensed by the state. People practicing guided meditation are not regulated and can charge for their services under the heading of "spiritual counselling".

self hypnosis relaxation

Self hypnosis is probably one of, if not, the, most accepted form of hypnosis in the world today. I use self hypnosis almost daily, and for some people self hypnosis relaxation is part of their keep fit regime.

To be fit and healthy most people willingly work their body and muscles in whatever form of exercise they enjoy doing, but forget to take into account their mental health. Self hypnosis allows you to de-stress and relax in our often hectic modern lifestyle.

Self hypnosis techniques are freely available as downloads from many hypnosis sites. This form of relaxation has many converts all over the world. Self hypnosis downloads are all very well but it can not be replaced by being shown how you can learn self hypnosis for free.

Imagine just being able to take yourself into self hypnosis whilst you relaxed at the beach or whilst sitting in the garden. No ear phones felling slightly uncomfortable in your ears, or no having to make sure you have an mp3 player with you.

Well now you can and you can do it for free, but first let me tell you more about the great benefits you can get from Self hypnosis. Self hypnosis can be used to help build self confidence, ease stress, you can use it to compliment your diet or strengthen your resolve to lose weight or to increase your willpower to finely give up smoking.

You often hear commentators at sports events talking about athletes or sporting heroes becoming focused or as it used to be called “getting in to the zone” What they are all doing to become focused is a form of self hypnosis they have learnt to master.

There is nothing mystical or secret in learning self hypnosis. It is so simple that I guarantee anyone can learn to do it. You can now learn the simple self hypnosis techniques for free. You can even learn to use it to help your weight loss, muscle building and even your golf.

You can now learn self hypnosis for free and you will soon learn the wonderful feeling of being able to let yourself relax so deeply and easily as you use your self hypnosis technique. Self hypnosis can be put to good use to help you to listen to your mind at a deeper level. Once you have mastered how to do self hypnosis it is just a simple process to be able to use it for confidence building and a host of other self improvements. This will then help you reach your maximum potential.
