The best information I was given about hypertension doctors and patients is as follows:

1. Stress can increase blood pressure so try to do things that reduce your stress levels

  • Stressful situations can not be totally eliminated from our lives, but knowing what triggers the stress and stress relief techniques that work for you can help address these situations in the best ways

2. Do not treat it like it is something that is separate from you

  • Doing this creates a negative balance in your mind and body, this can cause more bad health

3. Incorporate in your life;

  • This does not mean you have to accept that you'd always have high blood pressureÂ, but if you take ona a sensible approach to eating, diet and medications that are all within BEA beneficial to their welfare, you are partly taking control of blood pressure

4. Do not focus on it:

  • This may sound like it isa disagree with what I said before, but most doctors agree that although you will need to be monitored, thinking things all the time that worry will cause more stress and can contribute to pressure levels raisedÂ

5. Find information about their welfare

Stress Exercise

stress exercise
When you exercise and reduce stress levels, does this make your period come earlier in the month?

I need to get my period a few days earlier than I usually do, so don't say something like "omg why would you want to get it earlier?" cuz i do.

so is it true that if you exercise and reduce your stress levels, that it will come a bit earlier? if not, what else can i do?

i think exercise makes it later because athletes usually get later periods and sometimes even skip them

Stress Management Information

stress management information
4c0x1 mental health assistant, 3e6x1 operations management?

besides the information on usmilitary.about.com, Does anyone have any insight on any of these jobs? How beneficial are they on the outside, what kind of pay, deployments, personal likes/dislikes, daily operations, stress levels, amount of downtime?

I know a small amount about 4C0X1, I had to do an interview with someone in that career field so I can tell you basically what she told me. (I put it as my second choice for cross-training next to 6C0X1)

Basically what she told me is the best thing about the job, is that everyone usually loves it, and the people they work with. She said one of the downsides is that it is difficult to make rank because it is such a small career field.

I know they are starting to do a lot of work with the army now in counseling them during, and after they return from war. That also means they deploy more than most career fields.

She told me if you go for the right college degrees in that field that it's worth a lot of money on the civilian side also.

I do have a friend that cross-trained into that career field and he says he likes it a lot better than his previous job.

I don't know a whole lot about it but I hope this helps a little.

how to reduce stress

Most people planning to work from home are generally under the impression that working from home ensures a stress free life. They attribute this to the fact that they no longer will have to work under an irritating Boss, an unhappy working environment, unpleasant office politics and also the agony of commuting long distances.

Whether you work for a Boss or work from home, you are bound to experience stress in one form or the other. Stress has become part and parcel of the present day lifestyle. Stress can be caused by several factors when you work from home and hence a lot of importance is being placed on stress management to reduce stress levels in home based business entrepreneurs.

By organizing your work and taking corrective measures, you can certainly reduce stress but still there will be residual stress left which has to be managed by adopting certain measures so that you continue to remain motivated and your productivity does not suffer.

Taking regular exercises is the best way to keep fit and healthy. Feeling fit and relaxed can reduce stress. Some of the things you can do is to take a walk for about twenty minutes, the first thing in the morning before you start your daily routine. If that is not possible, you can fit it in during your lunch break. Jogging, swimming and cycling are all good excoriates that reduce stress levels.

Music is considered to be one of the best ways to relax your mind and reduce your stress levels. Make it a habit to sit and relax for a while every day listening to music that you love, music that will soothe your nerves and inspire you.

Another way to relax your mind and cope with stress is to take up a hobby that you are comfortable with and keep you interested. It is important that the hobby is completely different from the nature of your work associated with your home based business.

One of the best ways to relax, reduce tension and stress is to meditate. Spending 15-30 minutes in meditation exercises can calm and soothe your mind, reduce stress and make you feel rejuvenated. Try it out and you will realize what you have been missing all these years.

When stressed you tend to take short quick breaths. Whenever you notice this, take a break, relax and breathe in and out slowly taking deep breaths. This can be done in your place of work itself- a very handy stress management technique indeed.

When you work from home there is a tendency to work late into the night and also start working early in the morning. This is stressful. To reduce stress it is important that you have a good night's sleep. Avoid taking coffee or other caffeinated drinks before going to bed.

Finally a word of caution. Do not be too obsessed with your work. It is said that "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy". Always try and find a balance. Spend more time with the family and also socialize with friends. These steps will help you to reduce stress, enjoy and excel in doing what you love to do-working from home, running your home based business.
