I am holding one seminar on Stress Management to the Dental and Medical Staff and I need your help on "icebreakers" or " games" related to Stressing out...can you share me some?
I need many tips about this topic on how I can make it into a 3 hour-seminar..........a very successful one most especially catering to this particular group of people>.........

When I used to work in a bank, I had these three "chinese balls" of iron, (they do have a name, I just don't remember what it is, they are sold here in NYC in Chinatown) and I would roll them through my fingers. My desk was full of those toys, that if you look at them for more than 1 or 2 minutes, they would relax and soothe you somehow.
When I am very stressed out , I go swimming or in the past, I did some Tap dancing, which can also be fun. I need to be physically active when relaxing although, some people go the entire day to a Spa or Gym.
