What are some good ways to relieve stress that involve (safely) throwing things?

So, I have a friend who has a "throwing" tendency when she gets upset - i.e. throws cell phone, throws shoes, throws paper clips, miscellaneous objects...you get the idea. I need some help coming up with a stress relief exercise of sorts (such as a punching bag, treadmill, shooting clay pigeons, doing 100,000 sit-ups) that would make use of her throwing tendencies in a safe and non damaging way to relieve stress. Throwing plates at the wall, for example, is not an option. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, throwing pillows against a bed or a wall. She can slam it really hard and it doesn't damage anything. Here is one youtube movie that shows exactely that: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wDzZou3rHDI

Lost weight WITHOUT trying and a little confused.....?

I've lost about 7 pounds with no intention to. I'm not that big(about 5' 4 and 125-130 before) as it was and had to work to gain the weight I had. I haven't been exercising, like normal anyways, because of a knee injury that I have to let heal. And I eat WAY more than I used to since my 'stress outlet/relief' aka exercising has been minimal and no where near as vigorous. So could it be muscle weight or something? {*sorry if that doesn't make sense*} Any other ideas?
I'm 16 yeaes old.
I'm 16 years old.

hi there, you dont say how old you are, you could be growing and your weight is shifting, or you have a high metabolism and your body is just burning the excess calories......if you feel ok healthwise meaning you dont feel ill, sick, fever, i am sure you are fine........my friend is like that she loses weight without even trying she has a high metabolism you say you had to work to gain weight (can i say i hate you LOL!! just kidding) so sounds to me you have a high metabolism and you should that God each and every day cause mine is slow as hell and i put on weight just looking at food LOLLLLLL
