What is a really good stress reliever I could do during spring break?

I feel unbelievebly stressed out! I'm a senior this and I have so much stuff going on! I baby sit twins after school, I'm taking an AP class, still waiting on all of my college acceptance letters... its getting unbearable! Do you believe me now?! Ne advice you could give me would much appreciated! plz n thank you!!!!!!

First of all, you need to realize that worrying about your college letters won't make them arrive any sooner or say anything different. So, let them go! Next, I don't know why taking an AP class should stress you out. If it's that bad, then maybe you aren't cut out for it. Studying for it more might help, who knows? You probably already are, so maybe you are putting too much pressure on yourself to make too good of a grade.

Lastly, babysitting for twins surely can be stressful. So, you could remember in the more stressfull moments how much money you are making babysitting for them. And if it's not much, then you have to ask yourself, "Am I being paid enough for this?" If not, then you simply tell the parent that you require more money. If you can't agree, then you need to stop babysitting for the parent, and find some other work, possibly another babysitting job, or maybe one that isn't as stressful. Walk people's dogs! Dogs are much more fun to take care of than kids!

what is your best stress reliever as a new mom?

Honestly....sex.
It makes me feel better and more energetic.
Other than that, waking up in the morning before anyone and showering, then having my cup of coffee.

should i go to a phsycayatrist if im depressed?

hey, I have anxiety nothing too major i will panic somtime I am pretty sensitive so i get stressed out pretty easily but im not sure if going to a phycayatrist is the best thing, either he will make me go to like 4-5 sessions till he even considers perscribing me something(I dont have insurance and am not rich, although my name is Rich =] ) and besides that ,,, I dont know if i would want to take chemicals for "balance" lol any suggestions maybe natural stress relievers ... it could also be because im currently studying for the Lsat and this makes me think i have ADD although i dont but it is hard for me to concentrate because i do tend to get stressed out and anxious and cant get through reading something and understanding it fully but also gotta take into consideration that LSAT questions are complex passages and not like ur ordinary magazine or book.

At first, you may collect as much information as you can by inputing the relevant keywords in search engine,if you get good luck there ,then your problem is solved.nevertheless,if you could not find the ideal answer for your question by doing that, here

is the resource i suggest.

Good Gifts for Boyfriend Studying for Finals?

Hi there,

My boyfriend will be studying for finals that are scheduled for mid-December and he's going to disappear for 3 weeks to prep. I was going to mail him a care package of things to open while he's "gone".

What are some good mini-treats for him? Fun things to keep him sane while he's studying, not food? Things like stress relievers or coloring books or things like that?

Have any good ideas? Have you gotten something that you loved? Have you wanted something while you were studying? Please let me know!

Thanks!
I should probably have mentioned that I said no food because I'm going to fill the box with his favorite candy as the "packing styrofoam". :) The idea is that he digs around until he finds the corresponding envelope/box with the date on it and he opens one thing a day until I get to see him again.

Thanks for your help so far, those are great ideas!!

maybe you should get him an ipod and put songs that he likes or songs that can relax him

Anger Stress Management

anger stress management
Anger management tips pleeease!?

What is a good healthy way to release the anger and stop.. being angry..

I have been really stressed (so it'll as no surprise that I've been stressy) and everything seems to piss me off.
I don't like hurting peoples feelings and that is why I need a way of letting the anger out and not hurting someone (or their feelings)

I just need some basic pointers that can easily be put into practice, and I don't want stress relievers (atm lol) just anger reliever tips :P

Thanks in advance x

-Rubber band on wrist pulling it when angry (Hurts)
-Counting to an arbitrary number
-Going to the gym (Push yourself. Careful with weights. Running works well.)
-Thinking about why your angry (sometimes your anger is misplaced)
-Talking to a friend (Rant first. Apologize later.)
-Writing an angry email (Avoid sending it.)

DO NOT:
-Do not get into a fight
-Do not punch walls with closed fist (Breaking your hand will make your angrier)
