my horse is stressed out?
my horse was being kept with just one other pony now that pny is gone to the trainers for two weeks my horse is very stressed there is no other horse we can gat as company does anyone no any natural stress relief for horses?
She is two years old and i havent backed her yet shes has been calling all night but i cant go to her because it was too dark. she lives out in a field all the time as we dont have stables nearby
She'll get over it. She will adjust. It's almost like a foal being weaned from it's mom...they call and stress and pace for a while but then you go out one day and it's like nothing ever happened.
SHe might call and stress for a couple days but she'll be fine.
If the pony is only going to be gone for 2 weeks then it's not worth the hassle or money to find it a companion.

i often confuse while working under stress. i wanna know how can i improve my efficiency, and tips for stress management.
Understand that stress is a state of mind. You alone can decide whether you want to give someone or something the power to stress you out.
Stop thinking about becoming more efficient and concentrate on not letting anything stress you out. Everything will fall in place.

What's a good exercises to relieve stress or tension in your neck and back? And what is a good exercises to
make you feel healthier day to day(no aches)? I am in my mid twenties, I don't drink pop, I have a healthy diet, I rarely eat sugar, and most of the time I feel physically weak, what can I do to feel healthier?
Are you getting enough protein? Your body also needs healthy sugars like those found in fruits.
For your neck you can lower your chin to your chest as far as you can, then go the opposite way (laying head back), then you can turn your head to each shoulder for 15 seconds to get that stretch.
Your back: you can get on hands and knees, hands apart and roll your back down while lifting your chin up, then arch your back up while bringing chin down. That might help.
I think for you to feel so weak you need more protein!
